The Insights in Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ICRS) is the official journal of the Korean Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
The aim of ICRS is to provide a premier platform for publishing research spanning from educational content to cutting-edge basic and clinical studies in the field of anterior segment surgery and related ocular surface issues. The journal seeks to expand knowledge and foster innovation in surgical techniques, procedures, patient management, and technological advancements related to cataract and refractive surgery. The ultimate goal of ICRS is to enhance the education of the new generation of surgeons, improve patient outcomes, and contribute to the global advancement of cataract and refractive surgery.
The journal publishes three issues annually: February, June, and October. We welcome full-length, original research articles, laboratory science research articles, review/update articles, case reports, short-article correspondence, and letters to the Editor that contribute to the scientific and clinical advancement of cataract and refractive surgery. The ICRS also publishes guest editorials, special reports, surveys, and the consultation Section are at the discretion/invitation of the Editors.
